Yes, it’s worth doing. I wrote many feelin’ & memories in my diary. Last event is Loy krathong Day.
Loy Krathong day is a tradition in Thailand that pray for Goddess of water in Hindu, Khong-Kha. In the night of fullmoon shine on November we go to river or sea or another which is about water that we use for daily life to thank you for her about giving water to us & aplogize for everything that we made mistakes for water & her by float the thing called “Kra Thong” which is made from banana leaves or others such as little lotus or other flowers & now we recycle something such as cans or bottles & use breads to make Kra Thong instead because they don’t destroy environment, easy to keep out from water & something fish can eat. (I have a picture of Kra Thong to show you if you can’t imagine about it)
Kra Thong majority look like lotus with flowers, 3 joss sticks & a candle (some time with money or coins) pitch on the middle & it has many form up to maker’s designing. Before we float it we will pray with & float it into water slowly. After that somewhere has activities to join with such as “Nang Noppamart Contest” is a beauty contest that women have to wear thai dresses to contest, ignite a larntern or rocket. It’s a big festival of the year, people in Thailand & around the world was going to join with. It’s so beautiful & bright with light from the candles in many Kra Thongs.
In this day (Nov., 16) I went to my old school that they have this festival. It’s a good time for me because I met my friends & enjoy with. So surprise & fantastic. I was happy more than another years!
& this is a last event that I’ve written to my diary Vol.1..umm…I have to keep one more diary now hehe!
